1) The North Face has a right to make a lawsuit against The South Butt, But shouldn't have.
2) The North Face shouldn't have made a lawsuit because they got The South Butt more publicity. Also because the lawsuit started 1/4/10 people could have still getting presents, and since so much attention to The South Butt was drawn many people purchased The South Butt over the holidays.

Should The North Face have MADE A LAWSUIT AGAINST The South Butt TO STOP THE SOUTH BUTT FROM MARKETING AND SELLING THEIR CLOTHING LINE?
