In conclusion The North Face should not have made a lawsuit against The South Butt because they gave them more publicity and Jimmy (The founder of The South Butt) Is only in Collage, and came up with this creative idea which does not have anything to do with The North Face.

1) While talking to hmskier08 I asked for her opinion on if The North Face should have made a lawsuit against The South Butt to stop selling and marketing their clothing line and her response was:

1) The North Face has a right to make a lawsuit against The South Butt, But shouldn't have.
2) The North Face shouldn't have made a lawsuit because they got The South Butt more publicity. Also because the lawsuit started 1/4/10 people could have still getting presents, and since so much attention to The South Butt was drawn many people purchased The South Butt over the holidays.
